Bird Watcher Blog

There have been many days when I have patiently waited gaze at the sky for the glimpse of the rarest of birds. During the gazes, I happen to wander away in thoughts in to some other dimension of the universe. On one such occasion, I imagined what will it be like if there are birds in the moon. This could be ridiculous but the fact lies that there will be no air for the birds to be obstructed and they will be able to fly like in a vacuum. This would effortlessly increase the lifespan of these minute creatures cause of lesser efforts being applied on the flight.

The other most interesting thought that came across the mind during one of the earlier gazes is the relationship between birds and betting. The birds as well as betting have a similar relation with respect to a bird watcher like me. The relation goes about that even watching birds is unconditional and so are sport bets. This weird link again came in during one of the gazes. The interesting fact is that both involves money. We invest money in reaching a spot for the bird watching activity and hope that the birds show up. Similarly we invest money on a particular team and hope that the team or individual wins the game.
